Lovely meanderings. Especially love #4, the twilight sifting through. I always think of Paynes Grey, that in between color. Here in Vermont I walk the dirt roads then until all is black, no lights anywhere. Sodium streetlights! Is this special to Paris?
Your #5 and le petite prince metaphors are delightful.
You're lucky. I would pay good money to be able to listen to music when I write. I find it absolutely impossible. Not even when I write an email. I simply cannot concentrate. Sensory overload.
I find great difficulty in watching tv at the moment (unless I put an opera on to hear the music). Reality is too well reflected in it. There's a common saying in the states at the moment that people are reading more as a distraction away from federal cuts and our slide into authoritarianism . Which might explain how I'm reading so much this year (and yes I will be out protesting No Kings tomorrow too).

Have you ever read the story behind L’Heure Bleue by Guerlain? It was my grandmother’s signature scent, it is now mine. https://www.guerlain.com/fr/fr-fr/p/les-legendaires-lheure-bleue---eau-de-parfum-P025108.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_content=brand&utm_source=google&utm_source_platform=GoogleAds&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=GUERLAIN_PC_FRA_PRO_UNI_FRA_OGOING_EC_BRAN_GGL_CRD_FRA_EUR_MXMT_BRA_PARFUM&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=20167801610&gbraid=0AAAAACd0r13y0H_cMhlegHbkPwpwJUGXm&gclid=CjwKCAjw0sfHBhB6EiwAQtv5qWwjpWMVj3ifjhiv_LStfufs1uvdw78EK5Tsmm9hVlgBGfgUTKkIURoCmbgQAvD_BwE
