I'm very glad you're able to get back to running workshops! Unfortunately, the dates for this November workshop do not work for me, but I'd like to stay on your list.
Emails go out each morning, or the night before depending on your time zone, and you can read and do the exercises on your own time and at your own pace. Some people even start a few days late and keep up as they can. So nothing strict!
